Counselling will provide you with a safe, supportive and confidential environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings, and perhaps look at aspects of your behaviour that you may struggle to understand at times. Sessions are usually on a weekly basis, providing you with a space to enhance yourself awareness, improve your well-being, and find ways to cope with the pressures of life - or simply to talk to someone and to be listened to.

The quality of the relationship we build is vital in order to create an open and honest dialogue. It can be difficult to talk to someone you don't know, which is why it is important to find a counsellor with whom you feel comfortable. You will be treated with respect and positive regard with all that you choose to share, knowing that this is a space for you.

We can focus on past experiences, present day events and the future. I am here to encourage and empower you, and to facilitate your journey. I believe that everyone, regardless of their difficulties or background, can live a fulfilling life - but sometimes on the way we may all need some support.

Counselling can be a difficult process, but is a journey worth taking.
