...about me

I am a Qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, guided by the ethical framework of good practice from the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have worked in a variety of counselling establishments over a number of years and I currently run a private counselling practice. I offer long and short term counselling in the following areas: stress and depression, bereavement and loss, eating disorders, relationship breakdowns, substance misuse, abuse, work related issues and others. I also provide counselling to students who are required to seek therapy as part of their training.

"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters
compared to what lies within us
." Ralph Waldo Emerson
