How do I know if counselling is for me?

If you’re feeling weighed down, unsure where to turn, or simply need space to figure things out, therapy can help. It’s a chance to talk things through with someone who’s not in your everyday life.

What can I expect during a session?

Each appointment is a focused conversation where you can speak freely. We’ll explore whatever’s on your mind, at your pace, without pressure or judgment.

How many sessions will I need?

That varies. Some people come for a handful of sessions, others for longer. We’ll check in regularly and decide together what’s right for you.

Is everything I say confidential?

Yes. What we talk about stays between us, with a few legal exceptions (like safety concerns). I’ll explain this fully before we begin.

How do I arrange an appointment?

Just give me a ring or drop me an email. I’ll reply with the next steps and offer times that work around your schedule.

What if I need to miss a session?

If something comes up, just let me know with at least 48 hours’ notice. That way, we can reschedule without a charge.

Are sessions only online?

Most of my work is currently online or by phone, which makes things flexible. In-person appointments are currently full.

What does it cost?

Sessions are £65 and last 50 minutes. You can pay by bank transfer or in cash.

Still unsure?

No problem. If you have other questions or just want to talk things through before booking, feel free to reach out.
