I’m Tricia Collins, a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. At Your Tranquility, I offer a confidential, compassionate space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to reconnect with yourself. My approach is collaborative and flexible, shaped by what matters most to you. While I may introduce tools when helpful, the heart of this work is the relationship, built on trust, care, and real connection.
