I offer both short and long-term counselling sessions, primarily online and by phone. In-person appointments are currently full.
Alongside therapy I also offer mentoring and support to other professionals in their clinical development.
Common issues I work with include (but are not limited to):

We can focus on past experiences, present day events and the future. I am here to encourage and empower you, and to facilitate your journey. I believe that everyone, regardless of their difficulties or background, can live a fulfilling life – but sometimes on the way we may all need some support.
Counselling can be a difficult process, but is a journey worth taking.
