I offer both short and long-term counselling sessions, primarily online and by phone. In-person appointments are currently full.

Alongside therapy I also offer mentoring and support to other professionals in their clinical development.

Common issues I work with include (but are not limited to):

  • Relationship issues – including couples, family conflict, and separation

  • Trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma (C-PTSD)

  • Anger management and emotional regulation
  • Childhood trauma and inner child work
  • Life transitions – such as divorce, career change, becoming a parent, or retirement
  • Feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected from yourself
  • Identity issues and personal development

We can focus on past experiences, present day events and the future. I am here to encourage and empower you, and to facilitate your journey. I believe that everyone, regardless of their difficulties or background, can live a fulfilling life – but sometimes on the way we may all need some support.

Counselling can be a difficult process, but is a journey worth taking.
