Tricia Collins MSc, MBACP

I support adults through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, offering therapy that is thoughtful, compassionate, and grounded in genuine connection. Alongside my work as a therapist, I have over 24 years’ experience in psychological support across crisis care, forensic services, the criminal justice system, higher education, and rehabilitation.

Personalised Compassionate Collaborative

I help people make sense of difficult life experiences, understand how past relationships or events may still be affecting them, and develop greater awareness and choice in how they respond to life. Sessions move at your pace, in a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

What I offer comes from years of personal and professional experience but more than that, from a place of authenticity and commitment to showing up with warmth, honesty and care.

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” bird-icon
